About Entry Fees
Professional Standard
Entry fees allow Phi Photography Awards to operate at an international standard. They support jury honorariums, administration, annual catalogue production, virtual exhibition development, technical platform costs, and global outreach.
Our goal is to keep fees as accessible as possible while offering serious value in return, including publication, curated visibility, official recognition, and structured prize opportunities.
How Fees Work
All fee calculations are handled automatically inside your submission panel, so photographers always know exactly what they are paying for before checkout.
- Submit a single image or a series of related images.
- Add extra categories to increase recognition opportunities.

Entry Fees & Deadlines
Fees vary by submission period and entry type. Submitting earlier gives photographers the best available rate.

Cash awards are disbursed in USD via secure bank transfer. Recipients are responsible for any banking fees or applicable taxes in their country of residence. Benefits may be adjusted slightly each year to improve the program, but the core value of recognition, publication, and exposure remains constant.
