About Entry Fees
Entry fees enable Phi Photography Awards to operate at a professional, international standard. They cover jury honorariums, administration, the production of our annual catalogue, our global virtual exhibition, technical platform costs, and outreach programs that support emerging photographers.
Our goal is to keep fees as accessible as possible while offering serious value in return: career-level exposure, curated publication, and thoughtfully structured prizes. All fee calculations are handled automatically inside your submission panel so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

Entry Types:
A Single Image is one photograph entered into a category. A Series consists of up to five related images judged as a unified body of work. Additional category fees allow the same image or series to be considered in multiple categories.
Submission Process:
Your online panel calculates fees in real time as you add images and select categories. You may pay per entry or in bulk.
Credit bundles are available for photographers submitting many works, offering substantial savings.
All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable. They directly support the operation and growth of the Phi Photography Awards.

Cash awards are disbursed in USD via secure bank transfer. Recipients are responsible for any banking fees or applicable taxes in their country of residence. Benefits may be adjusted slightly each year to improve the program, but the core value of recognition, publication, and exposure remains constant.
