About the Photos:
Fuerteventura is well known for its winds. However during my trip I got fascinated and enchanted by the colors of the island.
The colors can be as subtle and delicate as the blue and white visible in the sky, or the beiges of the sand. However, when you turn towards the ocean you are captivated immediately by the palette of blues and turquoises. Once you notice it, you get speechless by the fact how magically it contrasts with the light tones given by the beach.
The colors are equally vibrant during evening fiestas, when the hues emitted by the stalls and food trucks take center focus on the stage. You have the impression that their vibrancy make them resistant to the darkness of the evening.
The colors also stand out when you sneak peak into to the daily live of the islanders. The presences of vivid colors highlights the beauty of everyday life.
