Title:
Monoliths of Power
About the Photos:
‘Monoliths of Power’ explores the tectonic sovereignty of industrial architecture. Through a strictly in-camera approach, the series transforms steel and concrete into idols of the Anthropocene. From the symmetrical precision of modern transit to the decaying husks of historic ruins, these structures are depicted as monumental signposts of human ambition. The work captures a silent dialogue between static might and temporal erosion, utilizing a metallic palette to evoke an ethereal, yet brutal aesthetic. It is a study of form and gravity, where architecture becomes a vessel for memory.
