The ECB was magnificently rebuilt by the Viennese architectural firm COOP HIMMELB(L)AU in the form of two structures attatched to the former wholesale market hall, connecting them to form a single complex. I was fascinated by this complex with its varying heights, different materials and different architectural styles.
