Plastic is everywhere — in bottles, packaging, and the countless objects that pass through our hands each day. Yet not all plastics are the same. Living in the Plastic Age explores the variety of plastics that shape everyday life, using the Resin Identification Code - a number from 1 to 7 in a triangle - as a framework. Through staged Still Life photographs, color-coded by plastic type and paired with accessible information, the project reveals how materials differ in use and impact. By bringing visibility to what often goes unnoticed, the work invites curiosity and encourages mindful choices.
